Getting sick from getting healthy

I've recently cut down on my smoking by like 70%, and i've completely stopped eating fast food and drinking energy drinks (usually had 5 or so a week). I've had a cold now for a few days, I'm pretty sure it's related to cutting out these staples of my diet.
How long does it normally take for your body to readjust to changes like this?

Usually after 3 weeks your body adjusts and those kind of 'symptoms' disappear completely.

Try Matcha tea. It's a quality detoxifier. It's expensive but goes a fair way. Start with a 1/2tsp, a full one will make you vomit from the antioxidants and detox, unless you want to get 'er done. That is if you want a quicker method. I find it works.
Or you can just wait.
The L-theanine makes you feels awesome too. I relate it to the descriptions I've heard Kanna is like. Very "I feel fuckin' great" clarity of mind.

It could be a coincidence too, hopefully you're eating healthy food too instead of what you used to eat.

I already did eat pretty healthy meals, my main problem was having an insatiable appetite being stoned all the time and eating entire bags of chips without even realizing it, or going out to some cheap restaurant to gorge with friends after a smoke.
And thanks for the info XL, i'll just wait it out. Drinking tea makes me sick every since I had a really bad experience and puked my guts out

You might have a cold, but it has nothing to do with eating healthy. A cold is a virus.
You might have some symptoms from eating healthy, but it's not a cold. Either way it should go away.

Getting yourself on an exercise routine can help you with your withdrawal symptoms. The problem is you are dealing with more than one addiction at the same time. It might be difficult considering you smoke cigs and bud. Maybe use bud as your reward system as you ease yourself into a routine. Drink plenty of water too. I would suggest tea, but since you have a psychological link to a bad experience with it, it might not be something you can use.
