Casing ready to be fruited??

So here is my casing (hopefully this link works, first picutre I have uploaded.)
So if i remember correctly I used Damiens 50/50 Tek with coir and verm. I crumbled three BRF cakes as the spawn and layered the casing over it. This was about 4 weeks ago. I believe it took so long because I was using cakes and my room was on the colder side, hovering around 60F. Its been covered by a blanket in my closet since. I typically open it every 5 days or so, usually more to check on the progress. Today I was wondering if I am able to start fruiting. In the picture, that very white strand in the upper left was actually a mushroom growing. I plucked it even though it was nearly ready just to see what it was. So i was wondering if this looks ready to be fruited or if i should keep waiting? Thanks for the help guys! I can provide any more information if needed, Strain is Austrailian.

Should have clarified this in the original post sorry. But the holes on the side are actually entirely covered with tape. This box was originally a small SGFC that I re-purposed. So there is clear tape on all of the 6 sides. I had plant to make larger holes to fill with polyfill once i begin fruiting, but leaving the smaller holes covered with tape.

How i wish i was more methodical in the preparation. I probably used about 2 inches of a casing layer. I hacked off some pieces of coir into a bowl, mixed it with some water and then added verm to make a moist but not dripping casing. I added verm until there was no longer any standing water in the bowl, and an even spread of moisture. I think I went with a 1:2 ratio of spawn/casing due to size limitations.

next time instead of laying your bulk material on top like a casing just mix it all up real well it will greatly increase your colonizing times

I had seen that in various topics. I suppose that when I was reading about crumbling the cakes, that cakes were somehow special and shouldn't be mixed, but I suppose that was my own misinformation. Definitely will mix on my next grow when using WBS and other casing Teks. I figure I will begin drilling holes and getting polyfill over the next few days to being fruiting.
