Just curious

I'm just getting into hunting, and I already know don't eat anything not positively id'd.  I'm not really looking for anything psychoactive (if I find any, it would be a bonus).  I was just wondering if there are any good edibles growing in Idaho.  So if there are any ID hunters out there let me know.  :smirk:

Idaho has lots of great edibles. It's probably getting a bit late in the season this year, though. You'll probably have to wait until next May to start seeing the mushrooms there again.

It's nice enough there that Dr Orson Miller (and his wife) moved there to live after he retired a couple years ago. Kit Scates at least used to be from Idaho, although her health has put her out of active mycology.

Happy mushrooming!
