Christmas Cocktails

So this year the family wants everybody to bring one round of cocktails (we're expecting around 15). Me and the misses are planning to bring the ingredients for one cocktail each.
I'm going to go with this (got the recipe off the net):
* 3/4 oz SKYY Berry Vodka * 3/4 oz Peppermint Schnapps * 3/4 oz white creme de cacao * 1/4 oz grenadine * Half & Half * Crushed hard peppermint candy * Candy Canes

Candy Cane Cocktail. Pretty cheesy but whatever, it's for Christmas.
And she's doing mudslides. Not exactly a Christmas drink per se but with the whip cream and stuff it'll work.
* 1 oz vodka * 1/2 oz Kahlua * 1/2 oz Bailey's * 1 cup milk * 2 to 3 tablespoons French Vanilla coffee creamer * Chocolate syrup * Whip cream

If everybody does indeed bring a round then we're gonna be hammered.
So how about you guys? Anybody plan on concocting some holiday style drinks? Any good recipes anyone want to share?

vodka would not do at all for me in such a drink... i'd take the baileys, sub the vodka for jameson whiskey, and add some hot coffee, something respectable, like stumptown

If we could look into each others hearts, and understand the unique challenges each of us faces, I think we would treat each other much more gently, with more love, patience, tolerance, and care. It takes a lot of courage to go out there and radiate your essence. I know you scared, you should ask us if we scared too. If you was there, and we just knew you cared too.

Hot toddy 1 teaspoon honey 2 fluid ounces boiling water 1 1/2 fluid ounces whiskey 3 whole cloves 1 cinnamon stick 1 slice lemon 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Pour the honey, boiling water, and whiskey into a mug. Spice it with the cloves and cinnamon, and put in the slice of lemon. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes so the flavors can mingle, then sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg before serving
Hot apple cider and rum
1 apple 2 teaspoons whole cloves 1 orange, thinly sliced 2 quarts apple cider 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1 teaspoon allspice Pinch grated nutmeg 1 cup dark rum Cinnamon sticks, garnish
Stud the apple with the cloves. In a medium pot, combine the studded apple and remaining ingredients except the rum. Slowly bring to a simmer over low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the rum. Discard the apple. Ladle into mugs and garnish each with a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
