New business idea SpiceSafe.com

Wheather it's to avoid popping dirty on a military, probation, or employer drug test, or simply because it's more available than weed, synthetic marijuana use continues. I've read many articles claiming that smoking spice can severely damage your kidneys. None seem to be able to pinpoint the exact cause or toxic ingredient causing the issues. It might not be the synthetic drug itself that is doing the damage, but instead an additive used to help lace the herbs with the drug. No one is testing what's actually in them, or their not sharing.

As a harm reduction measure, one could start up a site that tests different spice blends frequently and publishes the results online. Users could send in their local batches, and a lab could test for shitty made chemicals and improperly prepared harmful blends. I think I could get a lot of financial support to back it. It would be like the ecstasydata.org of spice. Why not? Its just as dangerous as popping a random E pill and much more common.

Thoughts?

Those blends are labeled not for human consumption. Why would fda test them as though they were for consumption? People using products in a non label intended fashion isnt their bag.

As for docs learning about them to get an upper hand......well there are innumerable rc's out there coming from all over the world. Theres too many chems (including new ones created or altered daily) to be able to research them all.

If your gonna play with rc's, than just like any other drug be prepared for the consequences.

What they are labeled for, and what they are intended for, are two different things. I can put a label on a box of doughnuts saying not for human consumption, but fat people (and cops) will still eat them.

Indeed but why should chemicals that didnt go through the proper testing and research that are used for off label use be the fdas problem?

I guess it wouldnt have to be the FDA. There should be a site, like ecstasydata.org or pillreports but for spice, where people can send in a blend and have it tested. Children are the most vulnerable to these drugs and I think more harm reduction could be done

I would agree, I also can't achieve the same high from cannabis anymore.

That stuff is really hard on the CB receptors.

I'll call it..SpiceSafe.com

Work only by donations and all samples sent in are tested for free. Then post the results online with the date and location purchased to help differentiate between batches. You would need some big $$ donors. Sounds like it could work, I might put this in motion.

Patent pending

Fuck that shit. The "high" is extreme anxiety paranoia and depersonalization. Stick to fucking weed.

People would rather have that lesser more dangerous "legal high" than nothing at all which is kinda sad.

"Freedom Isn't Free" is only half correct. True freedom doesn't exist in the society we exist in. What the saying really means is "The Illusion of Freedom Isn't Free"
