Man have you ever even read the user comments on NFL.com or ESPN.com, the Whiners fans are all over every Hawks game and the even go to Seattle Times Blog and post and enter live chats with Danny Oneil (local writer that covers the Hawks). It's the other way around and 9ers fans are known as some of the worst in the league, stabbings in the parking lot of candlestick park and the Mara family was in fear for their daughters safety when she attended a game there (the star of Girl with a Dragon Tattoo). Whiners fans are notoriously awful.
Well I notice the exact opposite. I have never seen a group of 49ers fans watch a hawks game and critique every move Wilson made, but I have seen it the other way around. It was like that all year in baseball with the Dodgers and Giants. I would watch Giants games online and the vast majority of viewers would be Dodgers fans talking shit. But I would never find other Giants fans wasting their time watching a Dodgers game.
Either way, both teams have shitty fans, but no fan is worse than Richard Shermans little punk ass. That guy is an embarrassment to his team and to the sport of football. He needs to watch some Barry Sanders tapes or something, learn some respect.

That's because the Hawks are winning and he's playing lights out. If we were losing everyone in San Fran would be talking hella shit about how RW is too short and the hawks suck

Um, we beat ya last game and nobody said anything like that. I probably yelled a lot of things like "Yeaaaa fuck the Seahawks!" But I never said anything like "It's because Wilson fucking sucks blah blah..." Honestly I like the guys attitude so I wouldn't hate on him personally.
I think we both know very well that if the hawks had won you guys would have been throwing Kaep insults all over the place, and you would have placed the entire loss on his shoulders.

I have respect for the 49ers. I think they are the second best team in the NFC, right behind their divisional rival Seahawks. Some could argue that the 49ers have a better roster, but its more about continuity than individual stars. The Seahawks play together and for each other, which says a lot considering it has the likes of Lynch, Sherman, Irvin, and some other players who are known to be somewhat of a problem.

Ive thought for awhile the seahawks will get exposed bad at the end of the year, I’m having less and less confidence in that prediction every week so theres that....
Ultimately my criticism for them is the same as it was for the 49ers last year. Wilson has zero experience. The playoffs are where QBs make their legacies and i think he will show mediocrity.
Aint no way Kaep was going to beat Flacco, Just like there aint no way Wilson is going to beat a Brady, Peyton, Flacco, or Luck caliber dude.

Wilson has already beat Brady, Flacco and almost Luck too (on the road) in his short career. Time will tell if he can do it again in playoffs

Doesn’t count. Playoffs are a whole different game. All that happened when he was a rookie, if he wasn’t a rookie he would have got shit for losing to ATL the way they did, so it goes both ways.

Wilson beat the Redskins and his wins do count, he's not bad in the post season, Peyton is the one that's terrible in the post season. Both will have a chance this year to play in playoffs, so we'll see how they preforms (Wilson & Peyton).
and thanks Ran and Leapordman!

Will the Seahawks meet the 49ers in the divisional playoff game, or the NFC championship? Assuming both teams make it that far? Wouldn't it be awesome to have a NFC west NFC championship. Rivalries are good for the league.

Yea it would be pretty cool, but I really fucking hope it doesn't happen. NFC Championship in Seattle isn't the most ideal scenario as a 49ers fan.
Sucks the 49ers will likely be playing on the road against a team that has a worse record than them

Yeah that rule is kind of messed up. Prime example was when the Saints had to come to play Seattle who was 7-9, but won their division. Turned out to be a hell of a game though

See you bring up Peyton but Peyton actually won a ring, I doubt Wilson ever will but he’s young and time is on his side. Wilson has never won the big game even going back to college.
He choked in the rose bowl he choked in atlanta, i guess well see how he does with his back against the wall in a big game in the future.
and i actually liked him back when you were saying he was the worst pick of all time or whatever that shit was, funny how the roles have reversed.

You wanna talk about Atlanta? How the fuck did Wilson fuck up that game? That was the defensive play calling that fucked it up

yeah, i always felt seeding should be solely record based. especially after the saints had to go play against a 7-9 seattle team.
just because you walked into the playoffs thanks to a shitty division doesn't mean you deserve HFA.
I am glad they they are talking about it http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000300450/article/with-controversy-looming-nfl-must-reconsider-playoff-structure
but they are leaning towards expanding the playoffs to 14 teams, which means you have nearly a 50/50 chance rather than a 1 in 3 chance.
there have been a handful of 12-4 wild card teams, but I don't think in this current playoff structure of 8 divisions has there ever been a 13-3 team go WC.
I dont think they need to expand the playoffs, they just need to reward good seasons. In the current format they are doubly rewarding teams for having an inferior division.
i think they should give non divisional games more weight. winning inside your own division is like winning 1.5 games and beating a non divisional opponent is weighted at just +1.
they could balance this out by simply doing away with divisional winners automatically being in the playoffs. just make conference seeding... teams with the 6 best records make the playoffs, use the same tie breakers. not much changes except who gets guaranteed first round home field, which is what needs to be changed.
if we did it that way, you wouldn't have the (most likely) chiefs going to the colts (easily worst division in the NFL). the chiefs would get a first round bye. also teams like the cardinals wouldn't have to sweat so much when one division collectively sucks and has no clear "best of the worst".

I like the idea of allowing 14 teams into the playoffs . I think it would allow for more Cinderella story type championships.
