Do you treat your body like a dumpster?

As in, do you smoke, drink, eat junk food, drink coke, don't exercise + fill your body with drugs all the time?
Are you human garbage can walking around?
What are you gonna do about it?

My body is a rollercoaster. Temples are boring.

I only drink water (or beer! :p), no fast food, no sugar, a lot of drugs and I run everyday.

Nope. I smoke weed daily, drink maybe 3 or 4 times a week (usually scotch, always straight so no soda), and on rare intoxicated occasion I might give in to fast food. Other than that I exercise, eat balanced meals high in protein and lots of dark greens, and get a generous amount of sleep.
Gotta stay healthy until biological or technological immortality arrives on the scene.

Lol I guarentee im in better shape than 80 percent on here. Quit heroin cigs and drinking. Stick to herb and psychs and usually eat pretty clean with cheat meals thrown in every now and then. Work out 5-6 days a week for an hour and a half. Mainly strength training with ladders hurdles and interval running for my cardio.

I just got back from the doctor. I now weigh only 202 - that's a 35 pound drop from where I was six months ago. Still, I do all the things I shouldn't and don't care. I don't want to die without that last bite of medium rare lamb, so party hardy!

I've never thrown out drugs into a dumpster--you seem to put a lot of weird stuff into them.

Good for all of you guys.
There are times where I look at walking dumpsters in disgust. It's just so ugly and nasty. My dick want to hide inside my body when I see them you know.

The holidays got me a bit off track, but I was eating completely clean for close to 2 years. Plenty of greens, fruits, lean protein sources, drinking only water. Lifting weights 3 days on, then 1 day off. I was pretty big (in a good way). Gonna get back to it in a few days! Also sober for that time!

I treat my body alright. Very little sugar or junkfood (probably an average of once a week I'll eat something like icecream ), fairly consistent exercise, quit smoking 2 years ago, drink like once a week. Most of this at least for the past 10 years.
The psychedelic community seems more health conscious than the general public where I live, any studies on this phenomena someone can fish out?

I walk around the city and do clean up.
Then I cry in a corner because it matters nothing.

I'm gonna go ahead and guess that it's because they are more spiritual and therefore they want to have a healthyu body in order to be even more spiritual

"To me, life without veal stock, pork fat, sausage, organ meat, demi-glace, or even stinky cheese is a life not worth living. Vegetarians are the enemy of everything good and decent in the human spirit, an affront to all I stand for, the pure enjoyment of food. The body, these waterheads imagine, is a temple that should not be polluted by animal protein"

Just speculation but if there is statistical significance, my guess is the cause lays in the psychedelic experience and how aware one becomes of their habits during that time, the introspection and all of that.

I could care less about spirituality. Narcissism drives me to want to be immortal, and healthy living is just an extension of that.

I quit smoking cigs. I don't drink. Not even soda. I do natural drugs, but I don't exercise. I'm working on fixing this.
I thought the detox effects of Matcha tea would be ineffective, but you can feel it. All this shit I've dumped in my body is slowly being flushed out, every time I drink my Matcha tea. Fuck I love that shit. Anyone who wants to be healthy and feel good, Matcha tea is a great way to start.

I stopped drinking soda a couple weeks ago, and don't plan to ever again. The stuff is bad for you, makes you fat, and rots our teeth. Instead, now I drink water or juice.

I only realized it was important to take care of my body a few years ago, prior to that I would eat antyhing and drink as much beers as I could. thank god I'm blessed with a naturaly extraordinary good health my bad habit never made a significant impact on me.
nowadays I almost totally quited alcohol and I watch closely what I eat, I try to avoid processed food and never add sugar or salt to my meal, only drink water etc. I'm in the best shape of my life.
