Tripping in the snow?

Experiences tripping in the snow?? 'm planing to take my third trip tomorrow and there's supposed to be a huge snowstorm and me and a friend are planning to bundle up and stay outside for the majority of the trip. I have no idea what it'll be like as I've only tripped in the fall before, so it'd be awesome to hear from peoples experiences who tripped before in the snow or while it was snowing. Thanks :)

Bro I gotta tell you, living in Minny, I trip in the snow quite often lol it's pretty god damn sweet. Time kinda feels like it's standing still in the cold air. Stay warm, have fun!

Dress warm but not to warm. If you start sweating take a layer off. Being wet from sweat and out in freezing cold weather can definitely equal a bad time. Stay safe and have a great time!

I have had some truly wonderful experiences tripping outside in snowy winters. But not during a regular snowstorm, it was more like the typical picturesque silent winter scenery, with fresh powdered snow covering the trees.
The creaking sound when you walk around is quite interesting as well.

Bring sunglasses! The reflection of the sub off the snow coupled with the dialated pupils could create eye damage. Other than that it sounds amazing.

I've always wanted to try this. I imagine the flakes gently descending would look amazing. And just playing in the snow generally would make me feel like a child. Just dress properly.

I agree with everyone above. It is very fun and was an awesome experience for me since I very rarely see snow.
The only issue was maintaining a comfortable body temperature. My temp fluctuates a lot and I get cold on shrooms pretty easily. I have been locked inside tripping before refusing to leave my heated blanket because the second I did I would start freezing. Being too cold or too hot is no fun and will consume my mind until I find a comfortable place.
Maybe have a fire nearby to retreat to? Fire looks awesome as well. OF course building/maintaining a fire should be done by a more sober person unless you know you can handle it without burning down a forest or something.

I actually tripped balls earlier this year when we had what I called a "grown-up snow day." There were several feet of snow on the ground and everything was closed. I chewed up 6g's of mushrooms and was literally jumping off my porch into the snow and making snow angels. Then I wandered around town, which was fucking creepy, because everything was closed and there was no one around.
Like others said, dress warm, because if you're cold, you're just going to be miserable.

Wow.
I never thought about how awesome tripping in snow might prove to be. Kind of like tripping at the beach in terms of texture but the opposite in terms of colours and shapes. I would need to seriously prep emotionally and physically for some time before taking the plunge.
That being said, it was a chilly 74°F today for the low temp. I busted out a scarf for the bike ride to work.

Its strange because it melts. The white looks extremely beautiful and things like ice in trees and hanging from your roof create a lot of cool lines and textures for your to play around with.
But trying to grab snow which then instantly melts is a fun/strange/aggravating/playful experience. I really enjoy things like that. I tend to have a scientific view about a lot of things and this also leads to dissecting thoughts about states of matter, liquid vs solids and stuff like that.

It is beautiful because for some reason the snow makes it brighter outside at night and the falling snow is colorful.

We used to get a lot of snow every winter. Not so much anymore. It seems like in the last 15-20 years we have gotten a little less every year. A couple times this year an inch or two covered the ground. It didn't stay on the ground for more than a couple days. I can only hope we will get a decent one before this winter is over.
