Flowhood Build...Blower Check

I am starting to design a flowhood, i've decided on a 12"X24"X6" filter, from doing that math I have determined I will need about 240 cfm @ 1.2" SP. (200cfm plus 20% for inefficiencies). From the charts i've looked at I should be able to achieve this with a ~550 cfm blower.
I had this Dayton model in mind:
http://www.amazon.com/Dayton-Model-1TDT2-Blower-2C906/dp/B000BK859C/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1387552314&sr=8-2&keywords=Dayton+1tdt2
However from look at the specs on it, it appears it will only deliver around 70 cfm @ 1.2" SP.
http://www.electricmotorwarehouse.com/Dayton/blower_specs/ITDT2.pdf
Is this true? Seems like most people building a flowhood this size get by with a 550 cfm blower.
Thanks!

It's always better to buy a blower that's too powerful and restrict the airflow with prefilters or something than one that's not strong enough.
I use the 1TDT2 for my 24 x 24 flow hood, but it is 12" thick and has less resistance than a 6". It will work for your unit. In fact, I'm pretty sure the 550cfm blower FP sells for 12 x 24 flow hoods is the 1TDT2.

That chart says it's able to deliver around 200 to 250 cfm at 1". That should be fine.
What does your filter flow when pressurized to 1" W.C.? RR

Not sure what my filter will flow at, im planning on getting one of these:

The 99.97% Hepa, doesn't list and specs for it. That flat line in the graph had me worried, thanks a lot for the help!

The filter should have a chart similar to the one from the blower which will show flow at various static pressures. Contact the manufacturer or someone with that info before buying. RR

Upon a closer look at the site I found this document:

The flow will be 275 cfm @ 1" SP
