http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/12/20/us-silkroad-indictment-idUSBRE9BJ14H20131220
Three men were indicted in the United States on Friday in connection with Silk Road, the Internet black-market bazaar in which illegal drugs like heroin and cocaine can be purchased for the digital currency bitcoin.
The indictment, unsealed in New York, charges Andrew Jones, Gary Davis and Peter Nash with conspiracy to engage in narcotics trafficking, computer hacking and money laundering.
The charges followed the arrest in October of alleged Silk Road founder Ross Ulbricht, who is known online as "Dread Pirate Roberts.
U.S. authorities shut Silk Road down at the time of Ulbricht's arrest, although last month a new marketplace carrying the same name and appearance debuted online.
Jones, 24, and Davis, 25, acted as site administrators for Silk Road, while Nash, 40, was the primary moderator for the website's discussion forums, the indictment said.
Jones was presented before a court in Richmond, Virginia, on Friday after being arrested the day before, according to the Manhattan U.S. Attorney's Office. Davis was arrested in Ireland and Nash was arrested in Australia, the office said.
Lawyers for the defendants could not immediately be located for comment.
According to the indictment, the three men were part of Ulbricht's "small support staff" for Silk Road. Salaries for the employees ranged from $50,000 to $75,000 a year, the indictment said.
Jones, who also went by "Inigo," worked for Silk Road from October 2012 through the time the original website was shut down, the indictment said.
Nash, who was also known by names including "Batman73" and "Anonymousasshit," was a moderator since at least January, while Davis, also called "Libertas," acted as an administrator since at least June, the indictment said.
The indictment accuses them of conspiring to violate U.S. narcotics and computer hacking laws. Silk Road, in addition to providing a venue for illegal drug sales, had also enabled the sale of "malicious software" intended for hacking, the indictment said.
Ulbricht, 29, was charged in a separate criminal complaint in October. He is being held at a metropolitan detention center in Brooklyn after last month losing a petition to be released on bail.
Ulbricht's lawyer, Joshua Dratel, has been discussing a possible plea deal with prosecutors, according to court filings. Ulbricht is also under federal indictment in Baltimore, Maryland, in a case relating to a murder-for-hire plot.
On December 6, Assistant U.S. Attorney Serrin Turner asked U.S. Magistrate Judge James Francis for a 30-day extension of the deadline to file an indictment, saying that he and Dratel had spoken in October and November about a possible resolution of the case and planned to continue talking.
The judge granted the request, which was not opposed by Ulbricht. Dratel did not respond to a request for comment Friday.
The case is U.S. v. Jones, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, No. 13-cr-950

"vrt Guys I was arrested yesterday and out on bond now. But something is fucked! I know I’m risking more warning you guys and my attorney doesn’t even want me on the internet but you guys need to know this. When I was in the interview room they showed me all sorts of shit that they should not know or have access to including conversations I’ve had with buyers and even DPR. I don’t fucking understand.. and when I was in there I was at a loss for words. Something is definitely wrong and they have the ability to see things on here only mods or admins should like btc transfers and a dispute I had. WHAT THE FUCK?"

How about this one
http://techcrunch.com/2013/12/20/alleged-top-moderator-of-silk-road-2-forums-arrested-in-ireland/
At least two moderators of the Silk Road 2 user forums have been arrested by authorities in the U.S. and Ireland. A source claiming to have inside knowledge of the arrests said that Libertas, a moderator on the Silk Road 2 forums [TOR link], has been arrested by the Irish Police (Garda Siochana) in Wicklow during a raid carried out on Thursday at about 8PM local time. A source at the Wicklow Police has confirmed the arrest of the yet-unnamed moderator.
The FBI allegedly arrested another moderator, Inigo, in Virginia.
“They caught [Libertas] this evening at his house in Wicklow at around 8pm Irish time, and managed to seize approx 200,000 Euro of bitcoins in the raid. The figure is to be confirmed,” the source said. “It looks like the the beginnings of the demise of Silk Road 2, not very long after its resurrection.”
A police source independently confirmed the arrest of Libertas. Libertas did not respond to online messages.
The source explained that a EU law enforcement infiltrated both the Silk Road and the Silk Road 2 after the arrest of site owner Ross Ulbricht.
“Silk Road were very foolish in their operations,” he said. “A number of EU LE units infiltrated their market admin. Plenty of other information was acquired. We will see that as the Ross Ulbrict case proceeds, EU law enforcement had a large part to play in providing the FBI with the information they needed, partially because most of the operators and the servers were over this side of the Atlantic.”
Authorities have not released the names of the moderators although the Irish police believe that Libertas is “tied in with” the Irish Silk Road drug trade.
In Virginia a Reddit user claiming to be in a relationship with Silk Road 2 moderator Inigo announced that her boyfriend had been arrested.
princess I’m not sure what his login name was, all i know is that apparently he was an admin and then a mod and that he also ran the book club. He is a wonderful person and has been supporting me (due to my chronic pain), so to say the least my world has been turned inside out and upside down. They told me they were making arrests all around the world at the same time….can anyone give me any info on who he was? i’m hoping he was well liked and respected because even though i didn’t know he was doing this, I can guarantee he was doing it out of his passion for Libertarianism and for the idea of a free marketplace. Just thought i would pass on the message….
Her story – corroborated by arrest warrants and a business card from Christopher Tarbell, a Special Agent for the FBI who took down the first Silk Road earlier this year – is not confirmed at this time.
Last night four posts on the Silk Road 2 forums and on Reddit hinted at what are being called “synchronized world arrests.” It appears these are the arrests in question.

Well that blows. This is a perfect example of why you shouldn't set up a marketplace like this with people you met off the internet.

Reading this though, was this guy caught from TorMarket or SR? Which is the scam and which is La-JIT?!?!

maybe the feds control silk road 2.0 and you all fell into the largest trap they have ever created
-------------------- its that bitter-sweet-sour, electric-smooth-twang. everything you ever have, are. or will feel along with every emotion, joy, hate, love, fear or aspiration burning down your nerves and into the fabric of your place in this existence at ten thousand degrees above and below zero will you find yourself wondering if you've been dead or alive this whole time. being born over and over only to die over and over hoping the wheel stops in the same place it started when you spun it, and when it finally does and you can step back and take a nice deep breath you realize how beautiful life is, remember, wake up to the most beautiful day of your life every single day, its just the way.

Forbe's link
The resurrection of the popular Silk Road drug website known as “Silk Road 2.0″ has been online for less than two months. But law enforcement already seems to be closing its net.
On Friday morning an FBI source told me that agents have now made multiple arrests related to the website, but declined to name suspects. That confirmation follows an earlier report from TechCrunch that two alleged moderators of the Silk Road 2.0′s user forums have been arrested, one who goes by the name “Libertas” in Ireland and another known as “Inigo” in Virginia. In addition to their alleged involvement in Silk Road 2.0, both figures had been well-known moderators of the original Silk Road site’s forums before its takedown by law enforcement in October.
Update: Three alleged former Silk Road employees, including the two Silk Road 2.0 moderators, have now been indicted on drug, hacking, and money laundering charges.
Rumors of the arrests had been swirling on Reddit and user forums for the Silk Road 2.0 and competing “dark web” drug site Tor Market. A post on Reddit seemingly written by the girlfriend of Inigo said that police had arrested Inigo; She later posted a copy of the search warrant, which included his real name, Andrew Michael Jones. “They told me they were making arrests all around the world at the same time,” she wrote. “I’m hoping [Jones] was well liked and respected because even though I didn’t know he was doing this, I can guarantee he was doing it out of his passion for Libertarianism and for the idea of a free marketplace.”
The blog DeepDotWeb later posted a picture of a business card Jones’ girlfriend had apparently been given by Christopher Tarbell, the same FBI agent who led the investigation of Ross Ulbricht, the alleged owner of the original Silk Road. And a follow-up post on the Tor Market user forum seemed to come from Jones himself:
“ Guys I was arrested yesterday and out on bond now. But something is fucked! I know I’m risking more warning you guys and my attorney doesn’t even want me on the internet but you guys need to know this. When I was in the interview room they showed me all sorts of shit that they should not know or have access to including conversations I’ve had with buyers and even [the Silk Road 2.0 administrator known as the Dread Pirate Roberts]. I don’t fucking understand.. and when I was in there I was at a loss for words. Something is definitely wrong and they have the ability to see things on here only mods or admins should like [bitcoin] transfers and a dispute I had.
Despite those arrests, Silk Road 2.0′s administrator known as the Dread Pirate Roberts–a handle inherited from the original Silk Road’s creator–told Silk Road users that the arrests of the forum moderators wouldn’t directly affect the Silk Road 2.0 marketplace, which is hosted on a separate website. “Silk Road has not been compromised even if the allegations are true,” Roberts wrote. “Neither had access to sensitive material. I will make an announcement later to address the concerns this has raised.”
Silk Road 2.0 launched in early November, promising a better and more secure version of the Silk Road market the FBI had taken down in early October. Dealers and users quickly migrated to the site, which now hosts thousands of drug product listings.
Earlier this month the Dread Pirate Roberts announced arrangements for the Silk Road 2.0 intended to make it easier to recreate the site in the event of another raid by law enforcement. He claimed to have backed up portions of the site’s code to 500 locations in 17 countries, and to have a new leader lined up for the site in the event of his arrest. “A successor has already been chosen,” he told me. “If Silk Road was taken down we could have it up and running again within 15 minutes…not a cent in bitcoin would be lost.”
Stay tuned for more news on the Silk Road 2.0 crackdown shortly.
With reporting contributed by Runa Sandvik.

This is a knee jerk reaction and you are just making wild guesses.
We live in technological times and anything is possible. Who ever gave us this internet technology obviously has to ability to monitor anything and everything that is conceived near a terminal.
It is a reminder to all....be careful what you type, places you go, and things you see.
and as a further note, in case the police are reading this. The reason I did not pay for all those parking tickets was because I did not know about them. The wind must have blown the tickets off my car.

Peer reviewed research articles, or some tangible and demonstrable evidence. If one was to believe every unsupported theory which passed them, or even one in a hundred we would be in as backass of a world as we're currently residing in.
