Colonizing question

So I may have a dilemma on my hands. My WBS jars are at the point of needing to be shook right now. But I will not be able to mix them with my poo until I get back from the holidays. Would it be better to just let them continue to colonize without shakin them so they won't sit as long fully colonized?
I guess the main thing I'm getting at is how long can they sit fully colonized before I spawn them?

You can always store fully colonized jars in the fridge until you're ready to use them

Yep, you can leave fully colonized jars in the fridge for a considerable length of time, just remove them from the fridge a few days before you plan to spawn them, so that they can restart the growth that was stalled while in the fridge, and you will be good to go.

So is there any need to even mess with the fridge if they're only gonna be sitting for about a week
