Still never tried the kratom. I'm pretty satisfied with my marijuana and cactus interspersed with the occasional lysergics and mushrooms. I'll probably try it one of these days though.

I'm going to have to try Kratom sometime soon. I'm on Suboxone maintenance, but I haven't heard much of anything about combining the two, or using one to get off the other. I even made a thread about it in ODD with no response.

Same over here, minus the cactus.
Still never even tried cactus! I've got plenty of time ahead of me though, I'm still young.

I consider growing poppies too, but I'm not sure if I really need narcotics in my life. I LOVE growing mind altering plants though.

if i had a consistent weed hook up, or lived in a medical state, i probably wouldn't even bother with kratom. although it is easier to go to work on kratom than weed.

While I'm curious myself about opiates, I gather that it's a risky path. If I were to partake, I'd want to tread very lightly.
But kratom seems like the exception. I definitely wouldn't mind giving that a spin.

Yeah it's pretty hard to not do too much pod tea/opium/whatever if you have a shitload of pods just laying around.
I usually just go around fields, forests etc. in spring, throw a bunch of seeds here and there, and see if they grow
If I was seriously growing poppies, I'd end up being a fullblown junkie, and that's just not what I want (for some reason )

Chrisman could you ID the fat cactus in my sig (the one in back). I purchased it as a Peruvian, but have been told by a few people that its a cuzco. The more the research the subject, the less clear it becomes. It seems very hard to differentiate between the two, and many people argue over it. Does it look active?

It's really hard to say especially without seeing the spines. Really the only way to know for sure it to ingest it. Bridgesii are generally your best bet as I've never really heard of a bunk one. Peruvianus/cuzcoensis are all over the place in the potency spectrum.

Cool, thanks. I'll probably stick to just buying\growing Bridgesii from now on. I wanted a little bit of a variety so I got a PC Pach and a Peruvian\Cuzco to start with. I've been looking at some of the monster flowers these guys can put off and it's amazing how beautiful they are
