Blue Tops! What do you recommend to re hydrate

My cakes started going blue, they've been in SGFC for 3 days now.
The humidity level was very low before (only 2 inches of perlite now there's 5) and it's in my closet, I have a 23W CFL hanging above it. I keep the doors open at night to increase air flow while the lights are off.
Lastly I mist 3-5 times in the morning 5-7 in the afternoon and again at night. Fanning after each time for around 30 seconds or till my arms get tired (10-20)

Should I redunk? I gave it a extra good misting tonight.
I mist 3 times a day

Oh right I was given a 10cc syringe and badly split it up between 12 jars, only got 2 inoc holes on 1 jar
figured i would see if anything grew
P.S. I heard dunking them is a bad idea after verm is applied. So should I just mist them more often?

That could be a reaction to low Rh or just by handling the cakes. If you keep it high you should have no problem.
The bluing is not a problem. It might go away if you keep a steady high Rh but you might disregard it.
Btw, don't mist directly on the cakes.

Are you misting the perlite too when you mist the cakes? The only way I could see them drying out after 3 days is if the perlite completely dried out some point.

That would do. You can also mist from the sides to the inside but never pointing directly to the cakes.
You should also consider Kizzle point.
