It's one of the orange Picnoporus species e.g. cinnabarinus.

I believe this is Trametes sanguinea, following Justo & Hibbett 2011.  T. sanguinea is very close phylogenetically to T. cubensis.

I like the idea of a broad concept of Trametes, merging the closely related genera.  Others want to split up the Trametes-like taxa up into many genera which all have much more narrow concepts. 

The scientific community has not reached a consensus on which way to go, and for this reason Index Fungorum has not been updated with Justo's new names.
