I'm actually on a 3 week cleanse because I oversmoked myself, it took me 2-3 joints to get high.

Jiu-jitsu was fun I wish I could afford the 365$ pricetag but I pay my own rent and it gets to be costly.

But nevertheless thanks! Any advice helps as it puts ideas into my head

$365? really? hmm check out some others places...fix your diet too..cut out gluten and all that man-made processed shit it doesn't help you feel any better from my experience..Meat, fruits and veggies..take some supplements too..take some melatonin for dreams...check out Alpha brain as well..and 5-htp...all ingredients are natural even 5-htp look it up.

Start exercising too..something is better than nothing

practice some deep breathing too or mediation..it's fantastic for you..start small at 2 minutes a day

good luck brother! make it happen!

I love meditating, I'm a vegan so I'm fairly healthy. Well when I eat im vegan. I meditate all night because I don't sleep, so instead I rest my body and use my mind to explore and think, depending on what type of meditation, I have two different mantra's one to put me into breathing focus and make my mind go blank, the other to stimulate though process at a higher level. I'll check the Alpha brain and 5-htp, I've taken tons of melatonin before it actually has a reverse effect keeping me up longer rather then putting me to sleep(its family wide), I've also taken about 12 different prescription pills with zilch results.

I'll look into more places though odds are I wont be able to afford it, it doesn't hurt to check.

Exercise would be awesome, how do i motivate myself to do this? I always want to but when the time comes I'm stuck in bed.

Start listening to Joe rogan and Terence Mckenna..very smart, real cool motherfuckers

For everything including exercise start small! Commit to one thing physical each day!  parking your car far away from a building and eventually it will become a habit and then eventually you'll apply that habit to other aspects of your life then suddenly your life is more harmonious and stress free..hit up onnit.com for cool shit

NP it's fine my spelling is terrid as well. I walk everywhere so maybe something a bit harder :P I don't even have a license.

The Alpha Brain looks amazing. I'm looking those names up asap!

As to healthy diet, it's hard when I move in with her I be living with a vegan so no point in trying to resist it now IMO. But also after watching "Meet your Meat" I never wanted meat again.
