Any third-eye freaks out there?

A couple of months ago I didn't know what the damn thing even was, but I must say, after taking conscious steps to "decalcify" and "awaken" mine, my life has seen some very practical improvements. Seems like my mood is better, my coordination has improved, the vividness of my imagination has left me with an appreciation of merely indulging in the occasional daydream, my dreams have become much more meaningful and vibrant, my perceptions seem much "cleaner" (as if my sensory organs had been gunked up before), and instance of deja vu have become much more comfortable.
Anybody else out there work on their third eye? If so, how? Has it made a difference in your life?

since I was a lil kid my third eye would randomly pulse, or it'd feel like strings were being pulled from it or something. I never really knew what it was and figured everyone's spot on their forehead did that. Idk what effect it has on me or even has an effect. I don't really know a lot about chakras and the third eye really.

They're talking about their brown eye. Bad Mexican food and laxatives help open mine, but YMMV.

It's a fun type of visualization, but in the end, that's all it really is IMO.

IDK man, I've tried visualization, but after four hours on the porcelain throne I gotta tell you that laxatives DO help you open your brown eye.

I think BBC mentioned that a small tribe in north west Africa have discovered the remains of what seems to be a 4th or even possibly a 13th eye
