WBS stalled after shake (Pics)

Whats up everyone?! I had some nice looking mycelium growing on 5 quarts of WBS and shook them at about ~20-30%. After the shake, the mycelium grew around the exterior of the jar which is now pure white and rhizomorphic. Since the shake, it has colonized the WBS along the outer edge against the glass, but it has now been about 5 days with no signs of progress in regards to the bottom or center of the wbs. Any ideas as to why this stall has happened and thoughts on how to facilitate growth throughout the remaining uncolonized WBS?! Deets -Quart jars w self-healing ports and tyvek filter (1" hole drilled for ge) -Incubating in TIT kept at high 70's -MS Inoculation -Inoculated on 11/23, shaken on the 30th -TIT has lid on, maybe it lacks FAE in the TIT?! Thanks in advance for any input!

Do you have pics seams like a very short time to get 20-30% growth in your jars in 7 days from ms. Also colonization doesnt need fae it needs ge a lid on a tit is fine.

Also did your tit experience any temperature variation expecially high temps?

I'll get a pic in just a minute... the initial setup of my incubator was using an IR lamp that I had laying around which didn't heat the tub evenly so I've since moved to the TIT style which seems to heat much more evenly. I don't believe there were any real temps swings high/low throughout the process thus far

No recovery i get, but it seems quite odd that it recovered to colonize the visible portions of the WBS save for the top and bottom... Hang tight, pic in > 5 min!
Added pic to OP

Try and knock the whole clump off the bottom of jar about an inch so that it is not resting on the bottom. Does the wbs apear oily in the jar?
