i often will wax freely about topics like this at work (and just about everywhere else too), it's pretty much always put away as the eccentricities of my individual--some may take it as a joke, while others will talk about how it makes sense to them, but the end result is the same--they go about their day as normal.
i've met people who have truly listened--but they understood for themselves before i ever said anything.
one time i was working a midnight shift--at the end of the week, as we exited the building, i saw an amazing sunrise--i started to exclaim about how beautiful it was and how lucky we were to have gotten out at this time of day to be able to see it--the only response was a grumbled "How do you still have this much energy?" and everyone else shuffled along, heads looking down...

I forget some people judge things so. Weird.

theres a guy at work i talk to that's kind of on the same page as me. we almost get to that point in our convos. but most everyone else at work would think it's weird and blame it on "being high". because anything besides talking about a tv show, the weather, or shopping must be due to being high or crazy.

Cheers to OP, keep fighting that good fight and planting seeds. Maybe one will take root someday.

do you think other people would get it? or would they just brush it off as craziness
Well, given the fact that there is nothing to "get" from what you just wrote, I don't think people would even look at you, let alone listen to you.
What you said is a drug induced thought. Nobody listens to that kind of bullshit other than other druggies.

I think the vast majority of others would write it off as hippie mumbo jumbo and ignore it.
Some things are best left discussed with like minded folk.

it also happens to be the basis of many very ancient philosophies, teachings, artwork, and stories found throughout many cultures in the world including those which incorporate ritualistic entheogen use, and those which do not.
