Coir pinning before full colonization - need help

Hi there
After I had made a successful coir-based tek and fruited it I thought I could use the remaining coir as spawn for next 2 tubs. I have pasteurized the coir-verm and then mixed with the coir-spawn. I let them sat for 10 days now and some days I recognized that colonization has slowed down. I am opening the boxes about 2-3 days just to check the conditions but today when I'm opened one I just saw some pinnings. I'd like to ask what should I do? Am I able to force the sub to stop pinning (fruiting) and switch back to colonization period? Does a big drop of temperature might cause this? Which pinning trigger made my sub to pin, because It got fae only 2 or 3 days once I checked them. I keep them in dark. Everything else should be fine... Any helps appreciated Thanks in advance!

IME pinning before full colonization = contam, but I've only had it happen twice.
Where's hacker when you need the pinning trigger roll call
Basically "full colonization & moisture evaporating from the substrate surface are gonna be your main pinning triggers. Light & FAE are secondary."
You probably got a contam working through your sub. I've had it happen when I tried to repasteurize leftover substrate like that before

Woah, contam may be.... However, I haven't seen any irregularity, Neither any bad smell. You said full colonization and evap of the moisture causing pinning. Well Just to tell maybe it's important: I've put my sub into a bigger bucket that was a cloth-basket. It is an oval bucket. So I've put my pasteurized sub to it but it couldn't reach the surface level so I just put a foil on to it but there's a plenty space between the top layer and the foil where air can still. So I don't say FAE could come in but sometimes I opened it so yes, but it could evaporate because I left some space for it. Might this happened or a contam..? Later I could add a picture

i doubt it, mono tubs have alot of space and don't have the issue

the irregularity is that your pinning before full colonization
Just keep an eye on it... just because it has no smell doesn't mean your in the clear.
the green molds have very similar looking myc to our friendly cubes.
Generally a contam before the first flush = bad spawn,
given you've prepped your substrate properly (bucket tek or pasteurization).

Hey after re-reading this, I'm wondering what you're talking about here...

What do you mean by "pasteurized the coir-verm and then mixed with the coir-spawn"?

What do you mean by "pasteurized the coir-verm and then mixed with the coir-spawn"?
he means he used the coir from his first monotub as spawn for 2 more.....
Coir shouldnt be used as spawn its not as nutricous as spawn should be...
This is why they are pinning before full colonization. the myc was already put into fruiting..
