So I left the country for a while and had my dad take care of my cacti because he knows a bit about plants, not really cacti though. While I was gone my mom moved them outside because she didnt like them in the kitchen. A week before I got back it snowed and try we're outside. They seem overwatered and I'm not sure if there going to make it.
So what do you think I could do to keep Em going, they feel a little squishy.

The one that has collapsed near the base will be toast. Anything from where it has collapsed down to below soil is gone, you may be able to salvage healthy lengths from the rest, callus these and root to make more plants.
The skinny one is just neglected(from what I can tell) and so long as it isn't mushy, should give out some new growth as the temperatures improve. It looks a bit dehydrated but once watered in the warmer months it should plump up. In saying all that, if it's as mushy as the base of the other, then you need to cut out and save any good bits.

the collapsed one looks like mush and is probably dead from freezing temperatures. you can try to cut it into sections to see if any is still good.
the smaller looks a bit better, but might have also frozen. if so, it is dead. it, however, is also extremely etoliated which means that its growing conditions for a long amount of time (not just during your vacation) were much less than ideal.

Thanks everyone! Yeah It's funny, I saw them at my friends one day just sitting out of soil looking really bad and we were in the car about to drive off. I say I could take care of them and he's like "oh yeah come grab em next time" and I was like no...they need my help...NOW. Haha I took em and potted em and they were able to live at least slightly better for a couple of months but now there pretty fucked.
So I'm just going to cut from above that part that's bent and let it Calluse. I'm going to keep them inside from now on next to a window. Would having a compact fluorescent light on them help?

Yeah they look pretty shitty but still very salvageable. Just follow the advice from the rest. Cut, callous, and create. These should be just fine with time.
