I would say try and get the temps to around 75-80, and increase misting/fanning to 4 times a day. Some of my fruits grow pretty slow also, once i started fanning longer they picked up speed.

also im a bit confused as how much im supposed to mist
i often here until the cakes "glisten" but the ones with vermiculite won't glisten for a long time while the ones without verm will glisten after a few sprays
any suggestions?
and did they pick up to the typical speed of maturity in a week or were they still fairly slow

with out the verm just mist till you see some beads of moisture on the cake, i might sit them in a saucer of water over night, i see your second flush already coming in in pic 3 i believe, looking good though they should just take off fairly soon, they will grow faster if you stop looking at them lol(kidding). the beggining is often kinda slow then once they start pumping there cells they take right off, they also do most of there expanding during the dark cycle

the saucer idea sounds good i might have to improvise a little bit with the ones with pins on the bottom but it should work out
they are feeling pretty light

also had would the ones with pins going out the bottom be during the soak in the saucer? i plant to elevate it so it is just reaching the cake but but some of the pins will be completely submerged.

I have similar issues. I think it has to do with winter growing vs. summer growing. In the summer, where I live, it is usually 80-100 in the summer with 85%+ humidity. In the winter we wildly vary from 20-75 with humidity from 35%-99%. My growth has really slowed down this winter. I have some pins that would have been 90% done mushrooms in the time they've taken.
