Ok I just broke the very tip of my 18 inch San Pedro..The piece is only a half to 3/4 of an inch long and no wider than a half inch. What should I do now (besides eating it)??? Can I root such a small piece? if so how do I go about it all. If I just leave it sitting on top (it's still hanging on by one side of the outer skin) will it grow back together? How will this effect the growth of the cactus? Please help I have had this cactus for over a year and have become quit attached to it..I'd like to keep it for a few more years...
