Inoculated this bag on the first of November. Grains in some patches look darker and there is a yellow discoloration on the mycelium above the inoculation port. Mold or bacteria maybe? This is p galindoi sclerotia ms. The inside of the substrate I'm thinking is pretty well colonized the growth is now starting to come out onto the top of the grains. I can try to get a better look if you guys need it. Filter patch does not smell foul .
What does this mean?

Galindoi myc gets colored after time so its very possible that everything is ok. If those are metabolites than it isnt good sign since its very yellowish in there. But id say you r good.

Appreciate the reply. This 2lb bag has been growing for awhile . I moved it away from my other bags and I'm really suspicious about it and In comparison to its twin I have the myc growth is laughable. To me this looks either like sclerotia which seems too early because it's not colonized or like you said metabs. I think there might be some bacteria should I toss it?

That's not good. Besides the discoloration of the mycelium it does look like there's bacteria in some of the nearby grains.

Ah ye, i agree with kizzle. There are grain that look infected with bacteria, they look wet.
And if this is the only bag getting so colored than its most probably bacteria.

stinky socks=bacteria
Maybe your fault with not being careful with inoculation?
Sterilize needle between inoculations of each bag
Or could be bad sterilization

1 more thing, did i see right and you taped filters on bags?
If you did may i presume you did that because of bad smell?
This isnt good, if you cover filter it will get wet because of all the moisture inside and wet filter is no filter at all because contams go through wet filter.
Filters take care that mold and other things dont pass through, so its pointless to cover filters since bacteria should stay in bags, but if filter gets wet because of high humidity in your bag than bacteria CAN come out of bag lol

Haha no no those are tape for where I inoculated it. The filter patch is all good above outside the photo. I think for this bag is where the sclerotia is going To show first.
