Condensation isn't neccasarily bad i have seen have condensation in a contam jar before. Maybe pics is a good ides.

No, it means it's warmer inside the jar than outside. Be sure to keep them on a shelf at normal room temperature. A bit of condensation is normal and not to be worried about. RR

From what I have learned you want to grains to move around and look dry not moist or wet.
Also, I have some condensation but thats due to the mycelium growing. That tends to get a little hotter than the grains or outside temp and that can cause condensation.
So condensation could mean growth!
I keep my jars at 74-76 degrees.

I usally put my jars in a dark box in a warm room , I should take them out

They don't need light to colonize. No reason to put them in a dark box though.
