Is it fruiting time or what?

Hi! Now I have two trays that colonized top surfaces rapidly, but sides and especially bottom fall behind. Do not know the reason, but they are very very slow while top is ready long ago. What should I do?

100% colonization is main trigger I know, but when we use monotubes we wait top surface fully colonized then fruit it and did not even look at sides and bottom. Maybe I must to pretend that I do not see them in this case

Yeah wait for a couple more days, if pins happen to come up which they might or might not, stick into fruiting conditions. Pics?
