"Likely" and put his opinion on hold. He didn't actually do anything. This was always destined for the Supreme Court and that is where it will be resolved. One District Court judge doesn't mean shit and even he knows it. Now there is a semi-rulling that will allow the SCOTUS to grant cert.

You can always find a judge to rule anything. That's why I don't particularly accept the whole notion of judge issued warrants as providing safety. Act accordingly.
