Do you ever get tired early, ignore it, get past it, then end up feeling wired ?
I think part of my problem is resistance to normality. The internet doesn't help.

I feel crazy anxious, stressed, I get ridiculous hot for some reason, I have no appetite, my skin breaks out, and I get frustrated and irrational So I just don't ever stay awake for 24 hours, I always get at the very least 5 hours. The longest I've got is 36 hours I think and I started feeling incredibly depressed. I also have chronic drowsiness disorder or w.e its called, so I think that plays a role in why not sleeping is so bad for me.
I think it is all individual I run fine as long as I get about 4 hours combined Naps/Bed sleep. Ah torkie the dreaded second an 3rd winds.

I'm going to try and sleep early tonight. I'm gonna do it !
I used to man the bad routines when i was younger but i think it takes it's toll when you get older. You end up being forced to correct yourself one way or another.
