Start WBS with existing BRF?

I'm currently running a BRF and I'm surprised by how easy it is so I'm going to use the birdseed method. I already have the mycelium starting. There are half dollar sized spots of white "mold"along the edges of my half pint Jars. I have a few questions. .
*I have several different spore syrenges, but I've already started my Mexican Escondido in BRF... Can I pull some mold from the BRF to colonize the birdseed? To speed up the process *anyone try Mexican escondido? What do you think about it? *From what I understand the "streaking" mold is better than the "fuzzy" mold? *if so, should I pull some mold before the entire jar is developed? so I can isolate the best mold? *if I create a master jar in birdseed, I can store it in my fridge once it is developed, And up to or over a year?
Anyone know where I can download some trippy music and videos? Cant download from youtube to my hard drive. Also I want some freaky fucking shit, hands coming out of the screens for example and not just spheres ect

it's called mycelium not mold i wouldn't suggest taking any myc from a cake and transferring unless you had proper filters which a dry verm barrier isn't(not for this situation) and the ropey myc is no diffrent from the cottony stuff any isolations should be done on agar then to a master just fruit your cake and clone your favorite fruit when it comes time

Yea mycelium. .. I suppose I just wanted to get a large stock sooner. But I can be patient. (I'm not going to do it, but just trying to understand everything) why wouldn't one get a culture of myc from a brf? Obviously as stated, because the verm barrier, but why would it work to grow brf but not to culture? Just wondering.
Im already ordering SFD btw
How many grams would an average n00b pull off of 10 brf cakes?

it's hard to get a good clean culture from BRF and it's a hassle. there's way way way better ways to get mycelium. Agar is way more reliable
0 to 100 dry grams on average

because your dry verm barrier may be harbouring contams that will show up once you put it into your grain jar, and isolating from a cake would be impossible because it's growing in all directions as opposed to on agar where it's just the surface, for your best bet fruit your cake and take prints/make syringes for your grain or clone to agar for your grain, and i'll guess an ounce and a half

10 4 dudes! Thanks for the great explanations.. Would it increase yield if I crumble the cakes? I want some bulk in this batch since I'm wbs next round.
Anyone have experience with mexican escondido? How were they in potency?
Is it true that my master jar can last a year in the fridge?
