Uncover them and spray H2O2 @ 3% (Hydrogen Peroxide)
Don't cover them again just mist them once a day.

Your worst enemy is algae, they will suffocate your seedlings.

Two things to be said here:

1 - Prevention. Zap, cook or boil your substrate prior to sowing. Wash your pots with a mild bleach solution. Moist them with bottled water. You won't be able to, nor want to, reach a sterile condition, but you will delay significantly the appearance of algae, mosses and harmful fungi, hopefully long enough for your seedlings to get strong and fit to compete with those invaders.

2 - Elimination. That's a lot harder. As m.s said, take them out of their enclosures, the dryness will help. Remember to mist them frequently for the first days, then reduce the frequency until they are strong enough to cope with the time between waterings. Go get some pea (or maybe a little smaller) sized gravel and mulch your pots. The denial of light will kill most algae. Just remember to boil these too, and choose a size that is not so large that allows light to shine down on the substrate, neither so small that will pack and allow the algae to colonize as well. Incidentally, the gravel will help support your seedlings as well.
