You are indeed liable that's why no shop sells outside of the Netherlands.
The dutch law makes a distinction between natural products and their derivatives.
This act states explicitly that fresh cacti are legal to sell, fresh rootbark is legal to sell, HBWR seeds are legal to sell...
Any alteration to these natural products are stated as illegal to sell. No dried material, no extracts.
The truffles are not mentioned in this act but no one wants to take the risk. It's a bit of a grey area.
(Before the cubes were banned they were also covered by this act and only sold fresh)

Wrong. Although only a few countries are fucked enough to try to extradite the person who sent the item (USA). If you live in Columbia and fill orders for cocaine there's really only one country that will come after you. And that is the only evil country in the world (USA).
