Noticed a spot on shroom head that's causing concern. Pics and questions inside.

This is my first grow. When I was fanning, I saw this discolored patch that looks wet and mushy, though I haven't touched it.

Can anyone tell me what or why this is? Is it more likely to get better or worse? And what can I do to help it or prevent it from happening again? ...That is if it's even an issue at all.

You need more fresh air. That looks like a drop of water dripped off the lid and landed on the cap, and then couldn't evaporate before it caused damage. You shouldn't have condensation on your terrarium or lid. If so, you didn't drill enough holes in it. Air that terrarium out and make sure everything dries out on the surface after misting before you mist again. RR

I've never noticed condensation in my chamber and initially I wondered if I didn't put too many holes in the lid. Here's a pic.
I appreciate being told that it's in fact water damage. I'll fan more and be sure things are drying. Advice coming from someone as venerable as yourself will not go unheeded.
