Hey so I have a buddy who lives in the Netherlands where many plants are legal. I have personally received cannabis seeds (which I would assume would be the most obvious seed coming from the Netherlands that the feds would look for) from websites and such with no problems. I was wondering what the safest way for my buddy to ship me semi legal seeds would be? I'm looking for things such as peyote, coca, ect. Anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this or any other plants I should try to obtain from this? Thanks

I recommend using a regular envelope, with something rigid inside so the seeds don't get crushed. The rigid thing should be as small as possible while still protecting seeds. Envelopes get searched much less than packages because they can't hold as many drugs.
Peoyote and coca seeds will be no problem unless they are labeled. It's only pot seeds that the customs people would recognize.

The chances of them opening a letter are extremely small. One good thing to protect them from the rollers is a piece of sign material, the kind you can buy in home depot and has lots of channels in it. Or you can pull one up from the side of the road as many municipalities have laws against posting signs so be a good citizen and grab one you can use. It is light weight and strong.
A cd case works well, just make sure they don't rattle. There are many ways.

Great idea with the sign material for seeds. I often use bottle caps for shipping dried mushroom collections.
