I would always rather give my money to a small business than a small one. It is interesting to note that most small farmers are considerably wealthy, even if they are not successfull at farming, they usually own many acres of property.

Some farmers do grow on other people's land.

i really would be afraid of getting charged with possession of paraphernalia. i doubt it would get past a preliminary hearing, if even that far, but it'd still be more pain in the ass than i'm up for right now.

oh well. maybe i'm a shitty activist. hehe.

I'm up for it.

I'm also open to suggestions as to how to get this movement off the ground.

Man, that's be a great logo. You should change the text at the bottom so it's a bit more readable, though.

Lord knows that poor bell could use all the publicity it can get.

If I ever get a chance, I should get a picture of me taking a liberty toke standing next to the Liberty Bell.

I have successfully removed the vast majority of the nicotine from some American Spirit cigarette tobacco. I added some apple butter and maple syrup to it and took several good hoots from it. No water, just Ice. .

Not bad, but I think I can do better.

LearyFan: Since this is nicotine free, you might could join in after all.

i think it should be documented with pictures and video in case someone gets arrested they could be valueble in court so you could show the pipe was clean prior to use the videos could also be helpful to prove police harrassment i would have my camera man standing at a distance from me in public so it didn't seem that they were with me they also could be used for publicity purposes to get this movement off the ground

In court the burden of proof is on the prosecution to show that the pipe is dirty.

It's called the onus. You would say that the onus is on the prosecutors to prove that there are traces of THC in the pipe.

Indeed. The sheer hypocrisy of pot laws never cease to amaze me! At a time when LEA's are whining about not enough money in the budget, spending time and money to prosecute weed smokers seems to be an exercise in stupidity! :frown:

This is so awesome!  I don't smoke tobacco, but maybe I could stuff tobacco in a bong and pretend to smoke it for effect.  And if someday I see any people chilling and smoking bongs on their porches, I'll wave hi and know that it is people who might have heard about Operation Liberty Bong.

Maybe this should be made into a sticky somewhere, so more and more people can read it?  It can become a real movement or something, spanning the generations.

Awesome..

1) bongs are only used for weed, admit it.

2) if your gonna smoke something outside as an act of protest, make it a blunt.
