My PF Classic jars are a day behind my TC, at the inoculation point of 1 of the jars is showing a "wet" look in that area. The size of about a quarter. None of the other ones look this way, so I'm guessing contam and throw it? Or is this normal(I don't think so)
You can't really see it in this pic, but it looks pretty suspicious in the right lighting, i'll let it go and see how it does in the next couple days, but my bet is a contam.

No I get wet spots all the time, prolly used too much spore solution ma dude. Worry when it starts turning all colors, I bet that spot is under one of your needle holes aye? BTW- PF Classic are not good fruiters and lots of aborts but could just be the spores I get?

Update colonization
Got some rhizomatic mycelium growth going on with the Treasure Coast in most jars, I think all 11 of them have growth that is starting and looks very healthy. PF Classic jars have still yet to germinate.

PF Classics have still yet to germinate 1 week after inoculation, I have PLENTY of syringes and would rather restart with these jars with a different strain than potentially wait for nothing and/or mutant flush from what I've read about PF classics.
What should I do? Wait another week and see if they germinate or restart now and potentially have the next batch colonized faster than this one, which will also fruit normally

Just wait. I've had jars and bags take 4, 5, even 6 weeks before the first signs of growth.

I tossed them, I'm not interested in waiting up to 6 weeks before first signs of growth for a fruiter that has a higher potential to aborts/mutant first flush. I only got 2 sets of jars and would rather have ones that fruit and colonize normally, I am sterilizing some new jars and luckily I have the privilege of having so many syringes at my disposal
Noccing up with PES Hawaiian strain tomorrow. I'll keep you guys updated.
Check out the size of these spore clumps anyway!

I'm about to get a syringe of treasure coast so I will be watching your results. Good luck

Wish you luck as well, all my jars germinated within 3 days, no contams, all have good looking mycelium and growth rate. Hope the same for you!

Day 13 Treasure Coast Colonization
Furthest along jar sides are completely white with mycelium, just waiting on the bottom to fill in, then I'll mark it up with a due date for when it finishes its 7-10 day consolidation period.
Most other TC jars are very close behind, ranging from 1-5 days.
