He has a better chance? Why? Everyone has as much potential as the next. There are plenty of people in the world just as intelligent as Steven Hawking, you've probably known them or met them. We all focus our energy differently. He just happens to be in a chair and have nothing better to do. Not that I'm saying he didn't accomplish anything beforehand because he did, I'm just making a point. Smart only gets you so far.
