The biggest thing you will ever see in this lifetime is also is the trippiest. 1

The planets orbit the sun, our star, in a circular pattern.
Stars hang out in groupings ofbillions to trillions of stars known as galaxies.
Galaxies tend to hang out in Clusters.
Clusters associate together as Superclusters.
But if you zoom all the way out, until you see the entire known universe you see that superclusters form a mycelium/neural net like pattern through the void of space.
And that, the totality of everything in the known universe, every pixel being a cluster of galaxies, looks like this:

Showing nature follows a pattern. Heck our internet and roads all take on the same mycelial archetype that all takes on that greater picture

There was a good article on Erowid about how Karl S Jansen essentially postulated/theorized p-branes in the universe based on his ketamine experience before p-branes were actually discovered.

Matters' existence is intertwined with energy. We are conscious, vibrating systems of matter that can attain meaning to the external surroundings. After seeing the grid of our universe, I feel SMALLER than ever!
I am thankful that we humans have the capacity to conceptualize the meaning of infinity within our universe.
It's astonishing how a simple imbalance of energy distribution created the vast and mysterious sky we look up to every night. Imperfection is most rewarding

I've seen the same comparison to how our neural pathways in our brains looks identical to that picture as well.

There is no end to infinity. Beautiful, but let's zoom out a little more.

It just may be finite, no one knows, if we lived in an infinite universe the night sky would be blotted out with stars. Your pic looks like the neurons in the brain.... At least that's what hawking says. I like your mycelium view to the universe that was some McKenna stuff right there...

For your theory to be correct you would be assuming there are no gasses, obstructions, and an infinite number of stars. I didn't say planets were infinite, I said space was.
If space wasn't infinite the pressure from the continuing big bang would crush everything from displacement.

LMAO!! That's not "my theory" it's Steven Hawkins theory. It's highly probable that our universe is finite connected to many different universes with dark energy just as many galaxies are connected by dark energy. Our universe could possibly be just one of many grapes connected by a vine...

yea thats a cool theory we have to find the vines now to prove it still . very cool idea though i wonder if humans will shoot out space ships like mushrooms spores someday?

Steven Hawking saying something could be possible isn't entirely more credible than myself. The only difference is he knows more about physics and probably a lot more shit. Most of what a lot of scientists talk about are wild improbabilities that "kind of make sense." That's why they're called theories.
Get back in your chair, Steven. I can think too.

Hell yeah we will, eventually we will have to but we also might kill ourselves or our planet first..
