Treasure Coast or PF Classic?

Hello all, I've inoculated around 12 jars but only 2 have taken, and it's been over 2 months. I have a feeling the two are Treasure Coast but I've also had PF Classic jars in there. The problem is, I haven't labeled them.
Is it possible to ID them, and what should I look for? This is my first grow, mostly for spore printing. So far I've only grown sclerotia.
So, Are these PF classics or TC? I don't want to disturb the cake yet which is why I haven't taken any more pictures.
Also, any tips to make them bigger?

Tc is just a cube that can rarely pop an albino supposedly, Ive never seen one grow.
Ive wanted to do a PF or PF albino for a while just for the sake of trying pf's variant on cubes.
E: is too early, I only read the title..

pf's as far as pics I have seen seem more compact and toadstool like, that looks like typical a cube as TC do.
it needs more air, not the mushroom Your cake. your sgfc looks properly made, does it have holes on all 6 sides? crack a window just enough to feel a breeze.
also that one is ready to be picked.

Yes, holes on all sides, but it's in the corner of a room on the second shelf, so it's kind of closed off. I did fan it a couple of times, maybe once or twice a day.

If at all possible you should elevate it from a table a few inches and at least be a few feet from a wall, if built and operated correctly fanning is for the most part unnecessary and just spikes your humidity level down to ambient, and being winter most houses are below 25%Rh conservatively.
