    #19264555 - 12/12/13 07:20 AM (10 years, 2 months ago)

wats up br0s. i just harvest one of my cakes . because the ones who always kept up with my posts; im first time grower by the way. and off just that one cake i got well OVER7grms thanks to y'all. my question is i knoticed that tje stems seemed to be real hollow like empty.does that mean there not going to be as potent. 2nd question is wen i was adjusting my cakes a 2incher fell off one of the cakes due to me bumbing it. the veil wasnt broke yet is that going to effect the potency
thanks

The stems are always hollow, there are conditions which can cause them to be more or less meaty, but I forget what. Potency will be fine though, the one you broke off is good too, they have most of their actives when they're pins so you didn't lose much of anything, if at all.

hollow stems are very common and are no indication of potency. some would argue that growing at lower temperatures makes for more meaty shrooms due to the slower growth speed.

enjoy the fruit of your labor,
