Craziest DMT trip

Over the summer me and my friend found this nice secluded spot to smoke some DMT. There were fire flies everywhere around us and whatnot. I took 3 hits of deemster and after the third hit I fell to the ground. The world started spinning and I was teleported to another realm.
What I saw was hard to describe, but it was like a scene from "godzilla", there were roadblock signs and people all standing around me whispering "is he okay" "is he gonna be alright". I heard children laughing and crying while I laid there and I saw a globe of light surround my body and it was like I was being reborn right there in the dirt. My whole body was paralyzed during this period, which made the experience frightening more than anything. When you are that far in DMT world a few minutes can feel like an eternity.
My friend who was with me lifted me up and guided me out of the trip back to the cabin where we were staying.
I chilled out on the DMT for a little while after that, but I'm pretty sure that DMT was the number one cause for my psychosis over the summer. My mind got ripped apart quite a few times over a few months because of it.

That sounds like a thoroughly dysphoric experience. You sure it was DMT? I feel it unfair to blame DMT for psychosis.
In my experience and opinion, you can never have a bad trip if your mind is completely at peace. When people emphasise set + setting, people tend to forget that their mind's state of affairs is as much a setting as is the environment.

Yeah, it was definitely DMT...
The psychosis wasn't just from that one experience. I was hitting the deemster hard all summer on top of eating large quantities of mushrooms. I realized how good cubensis tasted in meals, so I started sauteing them with meals regularly.
The longer time went on, the more delusional I became. My reality became something indescribable to people after a while. I thought I could communicate with people telepathically and had psychic powers of predicting the future.
It was pretty fun for a while, until I started hearing scary ass voices and having panic attacks.

the more i start to trip i feel like set is getting harder to understand, which is kind of ironic, but true personally. i just don't know how to judge if my mind is in the right place sometimes.
that would have been a cool trip though OP. what part about it was the most terrifying? edit; what made it go sour and hearing voices?

I don't particularly like the way DMT shoots me into another world. I'm more of an acid/mushrooms kind of guy. The trip was so intense that I threw up when my friend picked me up.
I don't even know when I started hearing the voices. When I was in psychosis I didn't even realize the crazy shit that was going on with me. I was on a mission from god or some shit. All rational thinking was wiped out of my head for a while.
