Want to start growing gourmet!

Hey all, after quite a few highly successful pf-tek and bulk cubensis grows I want to start growing legal mushrooms to eat and to sell. I don't have a whole lot to work with in terms of space etc so I would probably be only able to grow in a 52L tote/terrarium. I'm just wandering what are some good options that can grow PF-tek style?
I don't have access to a pressure cooker either which might reduce my options. Cheers for any input!

Knowing how fast I go through mushrooms and having a greenhouse full I don't imagine the amount you could grow in just one tub, off of pf size cakes to be very gratifying outside of knowing you grew them and gratification you get from knowing you grew what you ate. You may be able to get enough to top a burger or two if that depending on how many you like to use. I would recommend searching the bucket tek and trying an oyster bucket or setting up a mini greenhouse which in a sense takes up the same sq ft of floor space as a tub. Both of those will bring up a ton of results if you search the topic. Hope this helps.

I somehow missed the PC part. Before spending money on an expensive electric autoclave, you can get a 22 qt presto for 80 bucks delivered off of amazon, or my first 22 qt i actually found discounted after canning season, typically in the fall, was over for like 50 bucks. Other than that your best bet may be to purchase a 10 lb bag of spawn and put it into the fridge using it to inoculate 5 gallon buckets using the bucket tek. Either way growing mushrooms usually requires some sort of investment to start but if your smart and make sure you don't buy unecessary materials and use what you do have available you can start with very little. When I first started I just made mental notes of what i wanted and needed then kept my eyes peeled at every single store I went to. That was how I scored the cheap 22 qt.
