Well if we're going to go there, no one gives a shit about your shitty music. Stop making threads just to post it. There are a hundred "what is your favorite xxxxx song, here's mine:" already. Use one of the ones that don't get used because no one gives a flying shit to begin with.
And by there I of course mean say something I don't like and just assume everyone else gets as annoyed by it as I do.

No, You don't care about their exams. If you hadn't flunked out of high school you would have been able to figure that out.
And by the way, nobody cares that you don't care.

Yeah #6, Why flame people who are expanding their education ? I remember finals and exams etc. It's a stressful time (thank you, bud) and a lot of people can relate. When I see someone post about theirs I do not say anything, I leave them alone so they can get past it and finish their work

news flash for all the college students on the internet:
Your communications/journalism/horticulture/agriculture/psychology/psychiatry/liberal arts/cinematography/human resources/music/sociology/nutrition degree is absolutely worthless and you will never make enough money from it to offset the enormous tuition, interest and opportunity costs that it took you to get it. It also did not prepare you for a career in any of those fields if you're lucky enough to land one.
And nobody gives a shit about your final exams/assignments/essays/studying. give it a rest.

Oh I don't claim that all degrees are bullshit, but the ones I listed off definitely are. I know lots of people who said, "I'll also be able to get a real job." One is an electrical engineer, and yeah he got a real job, a real job in the food services industry.

Is that what your lib arts prof told you? You have no idea how many people with communications and psychology degrees come into my office and apply for commission sales jobs every month. I have been hiring desperate college grads from prestigious universities that offer "guaranteed job placement" for seven years now. There is never a short supply.

No, It's what I'm telling you. You have no idea how many people excel in their schooling and go on to have successful careers in communications/journalism/horticulture/agriculture/psychology/psychiatry/liberal arts/cinematography/human resources/music/sociology/nutrition, thanks to what they learned, the experience they gained, and the contacts they met. The only schools that offer "guaranteed job placement" are unaccredited 8 month scams. Saying that having a BA is worthless is just silly.

It's called planning ahead, which many people don't do. I crossed my interests with job demand/growth in the field over the next 20 years & found the perfect fit. I'm in demand & will find a job in my field as soon as I graduate, if not before.

I do have a pretty good idea, it's not many.
BAs in the fields I listed are almost entirely worthless. To pursue any of those as a career you would need a lot more than a Bachelors, and even then the average salaries are pathetic in comparison to the debt incurred and the opportunity costs of staying in school rather than getting real world working experience.

Until they are vying for employment in a situation where everyone has real world work experience, then the BA makes all the difference.
You're the kind of person who would sneer and laugh at someone pursing their BA in dance- "Look at that idiot! Anyone can dance! What do they think they're gonna do with that worthless degree?!" They're going to be making double your salary teaching at a private university, doing something they love all their life no less.
But I guess not everyone is cut out for the high calling that is sitting in a cubicle as a middle manager for cutco knives.

Rofl at the cutco quip, I own my own company and I pay some of my employees higher salaries than your imaginary dance instructor will ever earn. About 400% more, going by the statistics for dance instructor salaries in my state.
If only the dancer hadn't wasted so much time in college, perhaps he could own his own studio by now, rather than working for an imaginary college.

Can we agree we're both right? Cuz it's true, not every dancer is going to end up head of the dept. at a university making 100k a year.
But you could just as easily say: -If only they hadn't wasted so much time screwing around in dead end jobs and gone to school, they could have a degree and be qualified for more than entry level jobs by now.
-If only they hadn't tried to start a failed business, they could have a decent job now instead of struggling to pay off business loans.
