so i plan to do agar work in a supersterile chamber . maybe a bulk agar bed . will inoculate jars and directly to wood for experimenting..

They started with wild spawn. It is incredibly easy to grow out wild spawn without sterile procedure and fruit it outdoors. Growing from spores or trying to fruit indoors with woodlovers is a completely different story.
Spores > agar > grains > outdoor woodchip bed in the spring would be the prefered method starting with spores and does require sterile procedure.

yes . i will try the grain route and the "big agar" to wood direct route.probably with some antibiotic.
