i use a grinder like this to grind up the dry mushrooms into very tiny bits and pieces. http://www.vaposhop.de/images/resize/large/plastic_grinder_classic_large_2.jpg the amount of mushrooms depends on your personal preference. i use 1.5 grams.
i put them into a tea pot and squeeze half a lemon over them. i stir to mix them. i add melissa/lemon balm (tea beag or fresh leaves) and peppermint (same) to it. (about 2 teaspoons each) i cut some fresh ginger into small pieces and simmer it with about 0.3 litres of water for 5-10 minutes at low heat. i pour the almost boiling water with the ginger pieces over the shroom-lemon-melissa-peppermint mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes. i strain the tea, squeeze out all the juice of the mixture and put it BACK into the pot. i cook another ~0.2 litres of water, let it cool down for 5 seconds (just so the large bubbles disappear), pour it over the mixture, let it sit for another 10 minutes, squeeze the heck out of the mixture so no drop of the precious magical liquid gets wasted. i sweeten it with honey and add some more lemon juice if needed.
i drink it. it tastes soooo good and fits perfectly to winter time. the effects unfold together with the warm ginger and mint sensation in your stomach. the melissa calms you down a bit. the tea feels so good and healthy!
merry christmas, happy winter time (if you don't celebrate christmas) and a happy new year!

Sounds good. I'll give it a try after I'm done with finals.
