monotub help

So i have 3 BRF spawned to bulk tubs and 1 monotub rye based. The rye based mono is a 66quart Penis Envy tub. and the 3BRF is Ecuador, Albino A+ & Penis Envy spawned to 29quart tubs. All spawned to coir, verm mix.
I was curious if there is anything specific i need to know. This is my first go around with tubs. i know basic common things you gotta maintain like temp 70-80ish and humidity high. constant fresh air exchange, if you shine a light on the myce and you see it sparkle/shine back then you dont need to mist, other wise mist and fan lightly. And polyfill dialed in and all that.
What im curious about is, How do i keep the temp constant? i have it in a walk in closet with a door and a small room heater is inside the closet that has a temp i can keep it constant at, i just feel like it doesn't keep the core temps constant throughout the night. What would be the best way to check that and to constantly check that? i dont want to stick a metal themometor inside the substrate while its colonizing. Thinking maybe put one of those sticker themom's or some type of plastic thermom inside. The tubs feel cold sometimes so thats the only reason id think it wasnt the temp of the room. Cuz the room feels great.

I'm not sure about the temp, but I noticed you didn't mention anything about light ? You should have a 12/12 ~6500k light in there somewhere. You probably do, but just thought I would mention it.
BTW, swim's temps go up and down beyond the ideal.. and everything grows just fine, just slower.

its def comfotable in the room, and the i put a thermom in there and it says 78 degrees. But thats just air temp. they were sitting on the boxes, but not the inside. I set them on a towl so they arent on the cold ground. i mixed my monos about 80% coir, 20% verm. Which is one brick coir, 2-3quarts verm, i try for 2 quarts but add more to adjust the moisture content. And i mixed 6-8quart jars in the 66quart tub. 3-4inches deep.
Now that i have learned everything when it comes to mushrooms, (and i didnt meant everything just the basics) i feel like its honestly really not that hard to successfully complete sterile non-contam grows. I have a really bad habit of making things harder than they really need to be. I think im gonna do good doe

usually a heavy mist will suffice, but when i dunk i use 2 tubs, the one with the sub gets enough water to cover the sub and another one with water on top to hold it down

it should be warmer inside the tubs that in the room, as they generate heat and this is where the condensation on the walls comes from... if your air temp is 78 for even part of the day you're totally fine, I'm completing my first grow successfully with temps ranging from 66 to 72. like everyone says, it'll probably just go a bit slower at those temps. your temps sound quite ideal, I wouldn't worry about it

Temp should be fine if not over 85 or under 60. I've notices the sub will put off some heat of it's own about 5 to 10 degrees warmer then the room. just my experience could be wrong though.
