- Seafood dish in a pot - it begins with an "M." - It's not paella..
Dammit I can remember... I keep thinking that it's "Marscapone," but that's cheese.

I know of about 7 or 8 different regional fish stew recipes but none start with the letter M . That Moqueca is the most promising candidate.

No... it's the one that comes in a steel pot full of seafood in italian restaurants.

Ok. I couldn't take it anymore. I actually called the restaurant to find out.
The name of the dish is "bouillabaisse."
Now, I know what you're thinking... "bouillabaisse" doesn't start with an "M;" however, when I overheard the person talking, I believe that the person called it Marseille... I must have missed the "bouillabaisse" part.
So this mystery is solved. I can go on with my life now.

All this over "bouillabaisse" Good thing it wasn't Zummino you would have it starting with Q and the schwa sound.
