Those do not look like psychotria viridis nor alba. Did you buy those or find them in the 'wild'?

It does appear to be a psychotria species just not viridis or alba.
He is aware that for it to be active he needs to take an MAOI along with or before the leaves right? He should be careful though as he could end up taking something poisonous and with an MAOI in the picture that can easily be fatal.

Maybe u should tell him to save some $$$ and buy a plant online or something, or buy him one for Xmas! They aren't that expensive.
I hope he doesn't go around picking up mushrooms from the forest floor and eating those too!

Sounds like your brother is going to end up taking something and be ill or dead

interesting i was talking to expect in DMT Nexus chat about this and they said there illegal to order online ore jut buy the plant illegal. i am from puerto rico so i am part of the USA (we get USA Passport). The rules are the same. they told me its not legal to buy such plants.
In puerto rico there a lot of mimosa and such plants since the native of this island uses to consume this for religious events.
but like i always say how many damn species look like such, many over millions of species from mimosa exist here as well as non that just look like it.
Hard game.
