Hi! I have plants which I purchased a couple of months ago as Psychotria Viridis UDV. I'm very happy with their growth, they look really healthy, and they are my babies ! I was wondering anybody can tell me it they think that they are genuine Viridis though.
Also, I'm wondering if there is enough material to harvest for an effective Ayahuasca brew yet, or are the plants too young? Each plant is 18cm tall. I don't plan to touch them for another year at least, but I'm just curious.
They appear to be Psychotria Viridis but are too still small. Those are no where near large enough to make a brew from them. Grow them for a few more years... be aware that they are slow growers but will pick up speed with age.
Well I guess I'll wait for a few more years then! I don't want to touch them really, because they do grow so slowly, and I give them a lot of attention on a daily basis. So far they have grown about 1cm a week since I have had them. I wish they grew as quickly as tomatoes do!
