Wow,thanks for all this replies!
I have some facts to add: -You can buy some -I previously used this grain tek, with great success, for inoculation with agar wedges,or G2G;I know it can't be my grain tek. -I shaked the jars immediatly after inoculation; -I'm using a glovebox and a sterile scalpel,I DIDN'T FLAME MY SCALPEL: it's not a burnt spores problem. -Also,I don't think my tap water is the problem,I dunk all my substrate/make LC's/use it to soak my grain/to moisten casing substrate/ with no problems....

shouldn't shake after innoculating your jars especialy with only 1 cc the things you listed above are all fine with tap water but spores are sometimes the exception, distilled is what you want

He went from print to syringe to agar and grain without success.
He only mentioned the scalpel for making the syringe.
I would like to hear more about the steps when using the scalpel.

I put all the supplies needed in my glovebox, and I used alcohol to mist the inside of the GB before close it and let it stand 10 minutes; I openened my aluminium print foil; I opened my sterile scalpel blister; I carefully scraped some spores with it; I let it fall on the sterilized erlenmeyer water/I touched the center of the agar plate with it.
That's what Im doing when using a print!

Pastywhyte said: I have many times seen germination on agar outpace germination on grains or brf. Agar is the ideal media for germination of pretty much anything, brf and grains not so much. I have had have some jars inoculated with MS take over two weeks to show growth. Meanwhile the plates I had inoculated at the same time had already been transferred once and master knocked up with wedges. Many times those masters will finish well before the one inoculated with ms solution.
This is all just my experience but I advise a little patience. No matter what, I would wager your plates will provide the better culture in the long run.
