Water in my jars.
    #19239931 - 12/07/13 08:58 AM (10 years, 1 month ago)

Its been a while since i checked on my jars, and in two of my jars there is a build up of water in the bottom. Is this normal? I know that there is some condensation on the inside of the other jars but no standing water at the bottom. Also do you think these bad boys are ready to be birthed? First two pictures are the water logged jars, the other two are "normal" jars.

my phones camera stinks and its the only one i have, sorry for low quality pictures :/

hard to see from your pic, but if the cake's all white (part from the verm barrier)
it's ready.
leave them in the jar 1 week after they're 100% white, then dunk roll and birth!

Water in the jar is usually not good. but again, I can't see it.
Be sure to smell the cakes!

Yes, some will produce more condensation then others. As long as its not yellow metabolite-ish or anything other then just plain ol water looking your fine. You're about to pull them out and dunk them under water for 24 hours anyway

They look ready to me. Did you give them at least 7-10 days for consolidation after they hit 100%? If so and all you see is that lovely white across the board then get those suckers outta there!

The water is simply water lol, no discoloration to it or anything. It's been about a week since i noticed any more growth, so i think I'm going to let them sit acouple more days then birth them on monday. Thanks guys
