Okay ive got 7 rye quart jars colonizing, prepped using RR tek with coffee soak.
Three jars are 100% colonized, three jars are 99% colonized there are literally one to three grains of rye that are not white
and one jar is about 90%
they dont seem to be colonizing any more, it seems like theyve been the same for a few days
there is a small small amount of metabolites but nothing serious and no off smells
any idea whats going on?

Give the first one more time. Looks like it should be done in 1-3 days. The last 3 are all fully colonized.
